WHAT INFORMATION DO WE HAVE ACCESS TO ABOUT YOU?
The GhostPattern.com website
We do not gather any specific information from you while visiting our website.
Mobile Apps
Except for our iOS notification service, our apps will only directly send and receive GroupWise data with your company's GroupWise server. We do collect general information about your device and your company’s GroupWise server. e.g. what type of device do you have, what version of iOS do you have installed, and what version of GroupWise do you use.
iOS Subscription for GW Mailbox
We use your GroupWise WebAccess URL and username to track your subscription.
Notification Service
The optional notification service used by GW Mail for iOS requires that your GroupWise account information is stored on our notification server. The notification server will use that information to determine when you should be notified about new email. In the process of gathering account information, we also obtain information about your device and how you have configured the GW Mail app.
Crash Logs
Occasionally our apps crash. We use a crash log aggregation service that automatically collects crash logs from our apps. General information about the type of device, software version, etc that you are using is collected with the crash logs. Identifying information about your device specifically is not collected.
Google Play
When you purchase an app through Google Play, certain information may be shared by Google with us through Google Wallet. This may include your name, location, and personal email address. Through Google, if you have selected to not allow email marketing, your email address is not shared.
Other Mobile Markets
Other mobile marketplaces like the Apple App Store and Amazon App Store do not share any individual information about purchases with us.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER ABOUT YOU?
Generally
We do not sell your individual information. We do not use your information to market to you.
Notification Service
We aggregate the information about the devices that use our Notification Service in order to improve the quality of service.
If your IT department contacts us, we may share the number of users from their company that use the notification service or our apps. At your IT department's request, we may block you from using the notification service and remove your information from our servers.
We will never share personal information about you from the notification service with a third party. However, we may choose to share general information gathered about your company with third parties. For example: novell.com uses GroupWise 2014 and has a specific number of users that use our notification service.
Google Play
We ignore the personal information that Google gives us through Google Wallet.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
You are not required to use the notification service in order to use our GW Mail for iOS app.
IS MY INFORMATION PROTECTED?
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place reasonable physical, technical and administrative controls to protect the information. Please note that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.
